Dear Members of the Cathedral Congregation.

In light of new guidance from the Chancellor of the Diocese, the Dean and Chapter held a special meeting on Tuesday, January 12 and voted unanimously to delay the Annual Meeting of the Cathedral Congregation until September 12, 2021. There will be no annual meeting on Sunday, January 17.

We hope that by September 12 it will be possible to meet in person and have the greatest possible participation. The existing officers will continue to serve until September and a new class is elected.

I am asking that all those who ordinarily submit reports to the annual meeting continue to prepare those reports which will be shared with the congregation. The Business Commission is putting final touches on the budget report and that will be made available as well. We encourage questions and feedback from members of the congregation which can be directed to the Dean or the appropriate committee representative.

The other action taken at the special meeting was to elect Roger Murman to serve out the remainder of the open term in the Chapter's Class of 2022.
